What is the program like? First we have a one hour meeting where we talk about your concerns. We take a body weight and body composition test and some basic information like heart rate, blood pressure and metabolic rate.

During the plan you will integrate small changes into your daily lifestyle and you will eat my scientifically developed soups for lunch which you can make yourself or purchase.

I will help you every step of the way with weekly emails with the plan for the week and daily emails reminding you of your goals for the day. The program is very flexible and can be done within any lifestyle.

There are a few opportunities for specialized attention to learn important skills that create lifelong sustainability of this program.

For example, I can come to your house and cook a batch of soup with you, I can buddy up with you to keep you on track with fitness, I can take you on a grocery field trip to help you build your pantry and to teach you about nutrient dense foods that you can easily and enjoyably integrate into your diet.

All of these depend on availability and include an extra fee.

How much does it cost to participate in the program? The initial consultation is $700 and includes a copy of my book The Well Path.

Mandatory follow up visits once per month are $350

Weekly and daily emails for program guidance $150 per month (not mandatory as all of the information is included in the book)
